142A.01 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Application.

The definitions in this section apply to this chapter.

Subd. 2.Commissioner.

"Commissioner" means the commissioner of children, youth, and families.

Subd. 3.Department.

"Department" means the Department of Children, Youth, and Families.
