116P.02 DEFINITIONS.

Subdivision 1.Applicability.

The definitions in this section apply to this chapter.

Subd. 2.

Subd. 3.Board.

"Board" means the State Board of Investment.

Subd. 4.Commission.

"Commission" means the Legislative-Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources.

Subd. 5.Natural resources.

"Natural resources" includes the outdoor recreation system under section 86A.04 and regional recreation open space systems as defined under section 473.351, subdivision 1.

Subd. 6.Trust fund.

"Trust fund" means the Minnesota environment and natural resources trust fund established under Minnesota Constitution, article XI, section 14.
