§

Subdivision 1.Actions under chapter 115B.

This chapter does not limit any actions initiated by the agency under chapter 115B.

§

Subd. 2.Duty to notify and take action for release.

This chapter does not limit a person's duty to notify the agency and take action related to a release as provided in section 115.061.
