97B.803 MIGRATORY WATERFOWL SEASONS AND LIMITS.
(a) The commissioner shall prescribe seasons, limits, and areas for taking migratory
waterfowl in accordance with federal law.
(b) The regular duck season may not open before the Saturday closest to October 1.
