89.20 POSTED LAND, TRESPASS.
Camping on posted state forest land or the erection of any type of building without written
authorization shall be considered trespass. Any violation of the terms of this section shall
constitute a misdemeanor. This does not prohibit temporary camping on unrestricted areas for
such purposes as hunting, fishing, berry picking, or other similar uses of state forest land.
