     62J.212 Public health goals. 

    The commissioner shall establish specific public health 
 goals including, but not limited to, increased delivery of 
 prenatal care, improved birth outcomes, and expanded childhood 
 immunizations.  The commissioner shall consider the community 
 public health goals and the input of the statewide advisory 
 committee on community health in establishing the statewide 
 goals.
