     62G.22 Unfair trade practices. 


    Legal service plan corporations are subject to the 
 provisions of sections 72A.17 to 72A.30, regarding regulation of 
 trade practices, and to all rules promulgated by the 
 commissioner regarding advertisements for and the marketing of 
 legal service plans.
