609B.152 CONVICTION FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY; TAX LEVY FOR SOCIAL
SERVICES; REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
Any county commissioner convicted under section 261.063 shall be immediately removed
from office by the governor.
