577.06 NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
Upon taking possession of the estate assigned, the assignee shall forthwith give at least one
week's published notice of the assignment, and shall also forthwith mail such notice to each
creditor who is named in the schedule, or of whom the assignee may receive information.
