558.31 SHARE OF INCAPABLE PERSON.
When the share of an insane person, or other person adjudged incapable of conducting the
person's own affairs, is sold, that person's share of the proceeds may be paid by the referees
making the sale to the guardian who is entitled to the custody and management of that person's
estate, if the guardian has executed an undertaking, approved by a judge of the court, to faithfully
discharge the trust reposed in the guardian, and will render a true and just account to the person
entitled thereto, or that person's representatives.
