51A.57 SEPARABILITY.
If any provision, clause, or phrase of sections 51A.01 to 51A.58 or the application thereof
to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions
or applications of sections 51A.01 to 51A.58 which can be given effect without the invalid
provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of sections 51A.01 to 51A.58 are declared
to be separable.
