514.50 EXECUTION SALE.
The judgment shall be enforced by execution sale of the property found subject to the lien, if
any there be; if not, execution shall issue in ordinary form for the amount recovered. If a part
only of the recovery be secured by the lien, separate executions may issue as the case shall
require. The levy upon property covered by the lien shall be made in the manner provided for the
levy of the attachment, and notice of the sale shall be given as in the case of ordinary execution
sales, except that such notice shall also be posted in the office of the commissioner of natural
resources; and if the sale be made in the county wherein the office of the commissioner of natural
resources is situated, it shall take place at the commissioner's office. The officer making the sale
shall give the certificate thereof to the purchaser, which shall vest in the purchaser the title of
all parties to the action, and entitle the purchaser to a scale bill for such part of the property
as is described by recorded marks.
