508A.31 REGISTRAR'S BOND.
Before entering upon the duties of office, the registrar of titles shall execute a bond to the
state for an amount and with sureties as may be determined by the county board. The bond shall
be approved by the district court, filed in the office of the county recorder, and conditioned for the
faithful discharge of duties. A copy of the bond shall be filed and entered upon the records of
the court.
