508.321 APPEAL FROM REGISTRAR'S DECISIONS.
If the registrar rejects a document for filing, a party in interest may refer the matter to the
examiner of titles for review. The examiner of titles may approve the document for filing by
endorsing the words "Approved for Filing" on the document. Upon approval, the registrar shall
accept the document for filing.
