473.871 NEW MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEMS.
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 462.355, subdivision 4, 473.175, and 473.851 to
473.871 the council shall have no authority under this chapter to require a local governmental unit
to construct a new sewer system.
