423B.18 DISPOSITION OF ASSETS UPON CONCLUSION OF BENEFIT PAYMENTS.
Upon the death of the last benefit recipient and the certification by the chief administrative
officer of the city of Minneapolis to the state auditor of the absence of any remaining person with
a benefit entitlement, the assets of the relief association or trust fund, whichever applies, reverts to
the city and may be used by the city only for law enforcement expenditure purposes.
