     414.11 Municipal board sunset. 

    The municipal board shall terminate on June 1, 1999, and 
 all of its authority and duties under this chapter shall be 
 transferred to the office of strategic and long-range planning 
 according to section 15.039, and any money remaining available 
 on that date of the amount appropriated to the municipal board 
 for fiscal year 2000 is transferred and appropriated to the 
 director of the office of strategic and long-range planning to 
 be used for the purposes of this chapter.
