     402.07 Termination. 

    The county boards party to an agreement to designate a 
 human services board may terminate the agreement and no longer 
 manage the public resources devoted to human services in their 
 counties but only on notice of an intention to terminate 
 delivered to the commissioners of human services, health, and 
 corrections not less than 90 days before the effective date of 
 the termination.  On the termination all public resources 
 devoted to human services shall be managed in accordance with 
 the provisions of law then in effect.
