     400.15 Gifts, grants, or loans.  

    The county may by resolution of the board accept gifts, 
 grants, or loans of other property from the United States of 
 America, the state of Minnesota, or any agency or subdivision 
 thereof, or from any other source, for any solid waste 
 management purpose; may enter into any agreement required in 
 connection therewith, for repayment or otherwise, and may hold, 
 use, and dispose of such money or property in accordance with 
 the terms of the gifts, grant, loan, or agreement.
