386.01 BOND.
Every county recorder, before entering upon the duties of office, shall give bond to the state
in the penal sum of $5,000, to be approved by the county board, conditioned that the recorder
will faithfully and impartially fulfill the duties of office. The bond and an oath of office shall be
filed for record with the court administrator of the district court.
