374.25 JOINT COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORIZED.
Any county which does not have within its limits a city of the first class, may, together with
the city which is the county seat, jointly acquire land for, construct, equip, furnish, maintain and
operate a joint courthouse and city hall building.
