2004 Minnesota Statutes

     37.24 Unlawful admissions. 

    Any person who steals or unlawfully obtains a ticket, 
 paper, or other writing entitling, or purporting to entitle, the 
 holder to admission to any part of the State Fairgrounds or who 
 sells or disposes of a ticket which upon its face appears to be 
 nontransferable and to have been issued to another, without 
 informing the purchaser of its character, is guilty of a 
 misdemeanor.
