35.94 DAMAGES AGAINST STATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION WITHOUT
CAUSE.
If the Board of Animal Health did not have probable cause for an administrative action under
section 35.93, including the issuance of a stop-sale or removal order, a court may allow recovery
for damages caused by the administrative action.
