35.701 INFLUENCING A SALE OF DISEASED ANIMAL.
A veterinarian who is an agent or representative of the board or another public official may
not suggest, recommend, or try to influence or persuade the owner of an animal affected with a
disease listed in section 35.08, directly or indirectly, to sell, barter, exchange, ship, or otherwise
dispose of the animal to a particular person, firm, association, or corporation.
