35.063 QUARANTINE MAINTAINED.
The board may establish and maintain, at the owner's expense, a quarantine of domestic
animals imported into the state when, in its judgment, a quarantine is necessary to protect the
health of Minnesota domestic animals. The quarantine must specify its terms, conditions, scope,
and application.
