2005 Minnesota Statutes

     326.247 Continuity.  

    Persons now members of the board shall remain in office 
 until the expiration of the terms to which they were appointed.  
 Board rules, forms, policies and classifications of special 
 electricians now in effect, and not in conflict herewith, shall 
 continue until lawfully modified or repealed.
