325F.743 CRIMINAL PENALTY.
Any person who violates any provision of Laws 1981, chapter 333, sections 1 to 17 is guilty
of a felony and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three years or to payment
of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.
