325D.68 MONOPOLIZATION OF FOOD PRODUCTS.

Subdivision 1.Declared a criminal conspiracy.

Any combination of persons, either as individuals or as members or officials of any corporation, to monopolize the markets for food products in this state or to interfere with or restrict the freedom of such markets, is hereby declared to be a criminal conspiracy.

Subd. 2.Penalty.

Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days.
