316.09 CERTIFIED COPY OF ORDER FILED.
A certified copy of the order or judgment of dissolution shall be filed for record with the
secretary of state and thereafter recorded with the county recorder of the county of the principal
place of business of the corporation, and the dissolution of the corporation shall not be deemed
complete until such copy is so filed and recorded.
