     315.30 Amendment of certificate. 


    A religious corporation may change its certificate by a 
 resolution adopted, certified, acknowledged, and recorded in the 
 same way as the original.  The change must be consistent with 
 law.  When recorded, the amended certificate replaces the 
 original.
