31.32 REPORTS; INFORMATION FURNISHED.
The commissioner shall issue public bulletins of information, report and publish the
conditions found in canning factories, furnish and disseminate information regarding the canning
industry, and for that purpose may arrange for educational exhibits and demonstrations, public
meetings, and give instructions to processors and superintendents of canneries; such information
shall be available to any person who is a resident of this state, or those now engaged in the business
of canning, and to those who may hereafter engage therein who may properly apply therefor.
