31.041 REPORTING MINOR VIOLATIONS.
Nothing in the Minnesota Food Law shall be construed as requiring the commissioner to
report minor violations for the institution of proceedings when the commissioner believes that
the public interest will be adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice
or warning.
