     300.35 Stock certificates to show number of shares. 

    A stock certificate issued for shares without nominal or 
 par value must have plainly written or printed upon its face the 
 number of shares which it represents.  No certificate may 
 express the nominal or par value of these shares or express a 
 rate of dividend to which it is entitled in terms of percentage 
 of par or other value.
