30.16 POTATOES MAY BE INSPECTED.
All potatoes shipped by any person may be inspected by an authorized federal-state inspector
to determine the grade, quality, and condition of such shipment. All fees shall be assessed against
the inspection certificate applicant and shall be collected by the commissioner from the firm or
individual against whom the fee is assessed. An application for inspection service shall be denied
if the applicant has not paid all fees for prior inspection service assessed against the applicant, the
initial billings for which were deposited in the mail addressed to the applicant more than 30 days
before the application in question.
