29.031 ADVERTISING.
Owners of accredited and certified poultry breeding flocks and hatcheries shall have the
right to use the terminology prescribed by the commissioner of agriculture in their literature and
advertising and on shipping labels. The commissioner may, by rule, require the submission of
all or any part of such literature and advertising matter to the commissioner for review and
approval before publication or issuance.
