260.805 CONTINUED LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OF LOCAL SOCIAL SERVICES
AGENCIES.
The legal responsibility of local social services agencies to provide Indian child welfare
services continues, and existing services must not be reduced because of the availability of these
funds.
