256L.22 DEFINITION; CHILDREN'S HEALTH PROGRAM.
For purposes of sections 256L.22 to 256L.28, "children's health program" means the medical
assistance and MinnesotaCare programs to the extent medical assistance and MinnesotaCare
provide health coverage to children.

October 1, 2008, or upon federal approval, whichever is later. Laws 2007, chapter 147, article 13,
section 4, the effective date.
