248.03 FREE TUITION AT STATE UNIVERSITY.
Any resident of the state graduated from the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind, upon
compliance with all other requirements, shall be entitled to pursue any course of study in the
state university without expense for tuition; and the Board of Regents shall receive the resident
into any department thereof.
