245H.02 WHO MUST BE CERTIFIED.
A program that is exempt from licensure under section 245A.03, subdivision 2, paragraph (a), clause (5), (11) to (13), (15), (18), (26), or (30), must be a certified license-exempt child care center according to this section to receive child care assistance payments under chapter 119B.
