     243.212 Copayments for health services. 

    Any inmate of an adult correctional facility under the 
 control of the commissioner of corrections shall incur copayment 
 obligations for health care services provided.  The copayment 
 will be paid from the inmate account of earnings and other 
 funds, as provided in section 243.23, subdivision 3.  The funds 
 paid under this subdivision are appropriated to the commissioner 
 of corrections for the delivery of health care services to 
 inmates.
