     237.14 Rate for service to officer.  

    A telephone company may furnish service free or at reduced 
 rates to its officers, agents, or employees in furtherance of 
 their employment, but it shall charge full schedule rates 
 without discrimination for all other services.  Nothing herein 
 shall release any telephone company from carrying out any 
 contract now existing between it and any municipality for the 
 furnishing of any service free or at reduced rates.  Any 
 contract for telephone service, at discriminatory rates, other 
 than those with municipalities, shall be terminated by the 
 company as soon as the same becomes terminable by its terms.
