234.12 OWNER TO EXERCISE REASONABLE CARE.
No term or condition may be inserted in a certificate, whether negotiable or otherwise,
that purports to relieve the owner from exercising that degree of care in the safekeeping of the
grain in storage a reasonably prudent person would exercise with regard to similar property
that person owns.
