233.11 INSPECTION.
A person who has an interest in grain stored in a public terminal warehouse and a state grain
inspector have the right to examine stored grain and all parts of the warehouse at all times during
ordinary business hours. The warehouse operator and the operator's agents shall furnish proper
facilities for an examination under this section.
