     219.695 Terminal and shop defined. 

    Subdivision 1.    Terminal defined.  "Terminal," as used 
 in sections 219.69 to 219.71, means a city in which 12 or more 
 persons employed in railroad train and engine service have 
 established a legal residence.  

    Subd. 2.    Shop defined.  "Shop," as used in sections 
 219.69 to 219.71, means a place (1) in which 12 or more persons 
 are employed by a railroad as mechanics to repair railroad 
 equipment, and (2) located in a city in which the mechanics have 
 established a legal residence.
