204B.42 PAPER COLOR FOR SAMPLE BALLOTS; PENALTY.
No sample ballot shall be printed on paper of the same color as any official ballots except
when printed in black ink on white paper and appearing in a newspaper as news matter. A
violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
