     198.34 Deposit of receipts. 

    Federal money received by the board for the care of 
 veterans in a veterans home must be deposited into a dedicated 
 account in the state treasury and is appropriated to the 
 veterans homes board of directors for the operational needs of 
 the veterans homes and the board of directors.  Money paid to 
 the board by a veteran or by another person on behalf of a 
 veteran for care in a veterans home must be deposited in the 
 state treasury in a dedicated account and is appropriated to the 
 veterans homes board of directors for the operational needs of 
 the veterans homes and the board of directors.
