183.465 STANDARDS OF INSPECTION.
The engineering standards of boilers and pressure vessels for use in this state shall be that
established by the current edition of and amendments to the ASME Code or the National Board
Inspection Code, as applicable, for construction, operation and care of, in-service inspection and
testing, and controls and safety devices, and by the rules adopted by the department.
