17B.17 REMOVAL OF EMPLOYEE.
Upon written complaint filed with the commissioner, charging any inspector, sampler, or
weigher with official misconduct, inefficiency, incompetency, or neglect of duty, the commissioner
shall investigate such charge and, if it be sustained, remove such employee.
