17B.16 QUALIFICATIONS.
No inspector, sampler, nor weigher shall during that person's term of service be in any way
interested in the handling, storing, shipping, purchasing, or selling of grain or any of its products,
nor in the employment of any person engaged therein, nor shall the inspector, sampler, or weigher
be a member of any board of trade or organization of like character.
