17B.12 APPEALS; PROCEDURE.
Any owner, consignee, or shipper of grain, or any warehouse operator, who is dissatisfied
with the inspection of grain may appeal to the Board of Grain Standards by filing a notice
of appeal with the commissioner and paying a fee to be fixed by the commissioner. The
commissioner shall promptly transmit the notice to the Board of Grain Standards. The decision of
the board fixing the grade of the grains is final.
